As one year ends and a new one begins many people will be posting about resolutions that they will be making to better themselves in 2013. The way I look at it is that resolutions are all well and good, but more often than not, they end up being broken. So that's why this year, in lieu of a resolution, I am making a public promise to myself. While I can look back and make excuses for my lack of physical activity in 2012, I would rather look forward and make a positive change in my life. So with that, I will be taking a 100 day challenge...active for 30 minutes every day for 100 days! This may be one of the hardest things I've ever done, and I may gripe about it at times, but it is time for a change and I am looking forward to it with my whole heart. So beginning January 1, 2013 I start counting. I will be using this blog to post about my accomplishments and difficulties, as well as reflections on my progress. Anyone else want in???
